Geocatmin

Geocatmin is an interactive Geographic Information System (GIS) that offers easy access and comprehension of complex data. This platform centralizes and disseminates crucial geological, mining, and energy information, serving both Peru and a global audience.

The system provides access to various resources, including news updates, downloadable mining cadastre data organized by specific zones, and comprehensive geological hazard mapping. It also features new publications such as studies on soil in the Bajo río Tambo area and geological bulletins covering regions like The Merced, Satipo, Ulcumayo, and Tarma.

Additional resources include links to an older version of the Geocatmin platform and a broader Geoportal for more applications. Users are encouraged to accept the terms and conditions to utilize the system's full range of features.
