Polar View offers a comprehensive portal for accessing geospatial data relevant to the Antarctic. The platform organizes data into several key categories, making it easier for users to find specific information. Available datasets include SAR imagery from satellites like Sentinel-1, Radarsat 2 / RCM, and Cosmo SkyMed, providing detailed views of the polar landscape.

Beyond SAR, the platform features sea ice concentration data, such as AMSR2 Sea ice edge and sea ice maps, vital for tracking ice extent and conditions. Users can also access various ice charts, including those from met.no and the National Ice Center (NIC), offering critical insights into ice distribution and characteristics.
