AZGeo

The AZGeo Data Hub is a collaborative effort by the Arizona Geographic Information Council (AGIC) and the Arizona State Land Department. It functions as Arizona’s authoritative geospatial repository, providing essential resources to municipal, regional, state, and tribal governments, private companies, and the public. Users can access online map services, FGDC compliant metadata, geospatial data downloads, and various applications.

Access to AZGeo is free, with registered users gaining additional access to ArcGIS Online GIS tools. This platform promotes collaboration among geospatial professionals across the state, enabling them to consolidate data and applications in a shared environment. This collaborative approach helps reduce data redundancy and repeated data requests, streamlining geospatial workflows.

The AZGeo Hub offers authoritative data for Arizona that anyone can search, view, and download as a Public User without login. Data stewards contribute to this hub, ensuring a comprehensive collection. Additionally, specialized groups are utilized to organize users, enhance security, and facilitate controlled access to sensitive data for contributors.
