Arkansas GIS Office

The Arkansas GIS Office serves as the central hub for geospatial data and services within the state of Arkansas. It maintains the Arkansas Spatial Data Infrastructure (ASDI), providing a comprehensive repository for various GIS datasets accessible to the public and government agencies.

This office develops and hosts numerous interactive web mapping applications such as the Map Viewer, Check My City, and Find My Districts, along with specialized viewers for 2020 Census Data and 1 Meter DEMs. These tools facilitate data exploration and decision-making across the state.

Beyond data provision, the Arkansas GIS Office manages critical geospatial programs including Next Generation 9-1-1, Redistricting, the Arkansas Master Address Program (AMAP), and the Arkansas Digital Ortho Program (ADOP). These initiatives ensure accurate and up-to-date spatial information for essential state functions and planning.
